How do you prepare barley?

What exactly is pearl barley?

  1. Pour barley into rice cooker
  2. Pour water into rice cooker
  3. Push the button that turns the rice cooker on
  4. Wait 15 minutes
  5. Eat and be amazed!

You can also cook it like pasta:

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Pour Mochi Barley into the boiling water.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium.
  4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  5. Drain in a colander.
